BEAUTY STUDIO MANAGER

📍 Koh Phangan | Full-time | Thai female only

Armonique has been operating on Koh Phangan for over a year, and we are now moving to a new central location, expanding the studio and launching new beauty & wellness services.

We are looking for a smart, active and ambitious Thai manager who wants to take responsibility for the studio and grow together with the business.

You will manage: • daily studio operations • Thai staff, schedules, recruitment & training • customer service and service quality • bookings, sales, inventory and suppliers • operational performance and business development

We are looking for: • good English • management / beauty / spa / hospitality / service experience • strong communication and organizational skills • proactive and independent mindset • personal laptop • interest in long-term career growth

Salary:25,000 THB fixed + KPI bonus + progressive revenue bonus High-season income can exceed 50,000 THB/month
